We're looking for a Hardware Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in a temp to hire capacity. We are seeking someone who has several years' experience and can hop in to make an immediate impact. We are estimating a minimum of 6 months focus with the intention of hopefully converting you to a full-time hire.

You're responsible for sourcing the best and brightest hardware talent into our hiring process with great care and experience. You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savviness that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
What you'll do:
  • Partner specifically to support our Hardware Engineering leadership in order to understand their teams and hiring needs
  • Ensure a phenomenal experience for everyone involved in recruiting, especially candidates.
  • Ensuring highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
  • Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Who we're looking for:
  • You an excellent communicator and evangelizer, able to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy both internally and externally.
  • You have demonstrated success in disciplined execution; being detail oriented, open, patient, and able to bring up others around you.
  • You are passionate about Shield AI’s mission and values; able to confidently and fluidly discuss our product.
  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • You have proven experience sourcing or recruiting within and building a network within high growth and innovative companies for roles including; Electrical, mechanical, aerospace, avionics and RF engineering
  • Preferred experience:
  • You know your way around an applicant tracking system (ATS) and even better if you've worked with Lever ATS.
  • You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools.
  • You have been in a startup environment with proven capabilities to adapt, as needed.
  • You have proven sourcing experience for software and hardware roles.
  • Total package details for U.S. based positions:
    - Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
    - Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days
    of employment)
    - Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity

    Total package details for International positions which are roles based outside of the United States (where applicable):
    - International premium, hardship differential, cost of living differential, living quarters allowance, foreign service transfer
    allowance, equity, international benefits, visa assistance, and relocation assistance.

    Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
