Senior People Business Partner

At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. We founded our company on the insight that while there were excellent tools for developers to build better code, there were no similarly great tools to help ML practitioners build better models. Starting with our first experiment tracking product, we have since expanded our solution into a comprehensive AI developer platform for organizations focused on building their own deep learning models and generative AI applications.

Weights & Biases is a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. We proudly serve over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders including customers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. People Business Partner supporting our Revenue and Marketing functions to join our growing People team.

If you have a strong desire to be a pivotal player in a People team's strategic initiatives, positively impact the experience of employees, have a passion for problem solving, and a desire to help organizations scale in a fast paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. Someone who will be successful in this role has a “we” versus “I” mentality, builds effective relationships throughout the organization, invites input from others, and shares ownership and accountability, can balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, seamlessly transitioning between high-level strategy and practical execution.

Reporting to the Director of People Business Partners & Programs, you will spearhead partnerships with our Marketing and Revenue teams, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders such as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. This role is unique and will transcend the traditional HR role, embodying elements of strategic leadership, thought partnership, and internal consulting.
