We're filling a big need for generative AI built ground-up for the needs of enterprises and embraced by their teams. As generative AI became a board-level initiative almost overnight for most enterprises, our market matured dramatically and we benefit from that tailwind. Our product is highly differentiated, our roadmap is transformative, and our customers are happy and vocal.

🛣 Traction and backing

Writer is deployed widely at leading companies like UnitedHealthcare, Accenture, Intuit, UiPath, HubSpot, Spotify, Hilton, Uber, and Deloitte. We have an NRR of +135% and we're just getting started.

Our inbound funnel is large and growing fast (+3M visitors/month, thousands of weekly ICP trial starts). In late 2021, we received a $21M Series A led by Insight Partners, with participation from Google's Gradient Ventures, GTMFund, and a world-class group of founders, operators, and angels. We're a clear leader in a space receiving significant investor interest, and will be able to make the investments required to maintain that position.

• We're a low-meeting (<4 hours/week for most people) culture, with 1-2 weeks a quarter that are totally meeting-free.

  📐 About this role

We’re looking for a creative, empathetic, writing enthusiast who can help users at our key accounts get to the "aha moment" when trialing Writer to improve their workflows.

Your objective will be to engage with users early in the customer journey to remove any friction as they explore Writer's product, help them get to meaningful value quickly by brainstorming use cases with them, educate them on AI best practices, consult on their peers' approaches, and identify customers who'd benefit from exploring Writer's enterprise tier.

We'll also rely on you to collaborate with our product team to surface and action useful product feedback.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

• Become a trusted product specialist, educating users on how to set up Writer to unlock value
• Become an expert in the wide range of use cases in which Writer can drive business transformation across different industries - and help customers brainstorm
• Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the evaluation process
• Collect and share product insights that help product identify both scalable and unscalable ways to educate and activate the user base on the product
• Articulate the benefits of engaging with Writer's sales team to qualified prospects who ought to be assessing our enterprise solution

• Comfortable helping folks 1-1 AND thinking systematically about how to do it at scale
