Head of Marketing

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to grow and lead our marketing efforts. As our experienced Marketer, you will be responsible for growing Deeploy as a brand, strengthening our position as an AI thought leader and work closely with our sales team to land new corporate clients, primarily in the banking and insurance industry. You'll work closely together with the founding team as well as our sales and product teams. With your proven track record of success in enterprise B2B software  marketing, you'll help Deeploy go to its next phase to ensure the responsible use of AI. What you'll be doing 👀

•  Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing & branding strategy to position and brand Deeploy with corporate clients, primarily in the banking and insurance industry.

•  Own and optimise marketing automation, lead generation processes, and performance measuring.

•  Own our paid & organic online channels and design multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire new leads.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key press and media outlets.

•  Build and coach our marketing team and agencies to collaboratively execute the strategic plans.

•  Working closely with our sales team on self-hosted and external events to get the most out of it.

What are we looking for🚶‍♀️

•  3+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise marketing and branding, with a proven track record.

•  Experience with complex B2B products and industries (such as Financial Services and/or Healthcare), and proven ability to execute on strategic plans.

•  A strong network of contacts in press and media outlets as well as experience in working together and steering of agencies.

•  Demonstrated ability to build, manage and coach a team: building and managing the team to help execute the strategic plans.

•  Experience in MLOps, data/cloud infrastructure, open banking, or other complex software is strongly preferred.

•  Experience working in an entrepreneurial setting, preferably with start-ups / scale-ups and closely with enterprise sales executives.
