Recruiting Coordinator (R2584)
We have an incredible entry-level opportunity for a hungry go-getter who's ready to begin their career within our challenging and dynamic AI space. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will work closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support the growth of our fast-paced organization. This role is an integral partner for maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), the daily operations of our interview schedules and calendar, and being the face of Recruiting at Shield AI. Candidate experience will be your mantra. You really will be the hub of our recruiting operations and will be our invaluable partner in helping guide candidates through the recruiting process.
What you'll do:
Schedule onsite interview panels, including pre and post team sync upsPrepare interview packets and materialsGreet candidates and facilitate the onsite interview process, ensuring a high touch experienceSet up interview rooms and any necessary AV equipmentArrange candidate travel accommodations and coordinate reimbursementReview and manage new hire offer documentsHelp plan and conduct recruiting eventsSupport other Talent Acquisition and/or People Experience events as needed Required qualifications:

Experience as a Recruiting CoordinatorExperience with ATS applications, ideally LeverTechnology, AI or high-growth/fast-paced start up experienceExperience working with teams located in multiple cities
